Two Exciting Promotions From Two HCA Executive Development Programs

Lisa Taylor, a recent CNO Development Program Associate, and Heath King of the CFO Development Program have both received promotions starting on the first of June.

Lisa has been with HCA for twenty-five years, first as an LPN and later returning to school to become an RN. Prior to enrolling in the CNO Development Program, she held diverse clinical leadership roles at Mountain View Hospital in Payson, Utah.

The CNO Development Program hones the leadership and business management skills of nurses and positions them for CNO roles at HCA.

Lisa entered the program in 2011 as Associate CNO of Mountain View and will embark on her advanced nursing career as Mountain View’s CNO on June 1st, 2012.

Heath King is a recent graduate of the revised CFO Development Program. The program was restarted in 2011 and focuses on operational, tactical and strategic planning at the facility level.

Heath is our first Associate CFO to receive this promotion, one of three chosen to participate in the program at Redmond Regional Medical Center in December of 2011.

Starting out as Staff Accountant at Redmond Regional in 2002, Heath was later promoted to Assistant Controller and quickly moved up to Controller from there.

This recent promotion moves him from Associate CFO to CFO of Lee’s Summit Medical Center in Lee Summit, Missouri as of June 1, 2012.
